Congratulations to Ms. Maricel Lacasa Opamin for winning a brand-new iPhone 13 Pro Max at the first raffle draw for the Capital Build-Up (CBU) Program. Ms. Maricel was randomly selected from among all eligible members. Congrats, Ms. Maricel!

“Sobrang saya ko talaga nung nakita ko na nanalo ako. Hindi ko talaga akalain na totoo, pero sobrang saya ko talaga. Nung tinawagan na ako para i-claim yung iPhone, mas lalo akong natuwa. Hindi nga ako makatulog sa sobrang excitement ko! Maraming salamat po sa COOP!”

Ms. Maricel paid her share capital in October 2022, primarily to comply with the CBU Program but she did not expect to win the raffle. Hence, her excitement when the winner was announced on Facebook.

“Hindi ko po talaga ine-expect na manalo. Kinalimutan ko na nga po nung nagbayad ako kaya nagulat talaga ako noong nakita ko yung pangalan ko sa post.”

|
|
When asked about her tip to her other ka-sellers, her simple answer was:

“Sumali po tayo sa mga anunsyo ng COOP. Ako po ay nagbayad ng share capital para sa compliance lamang, hindi ko naman inaasahan na mananalo ako ng iPhone. Para sa ibang ka-sellers natin, alamin ang karapatan at responsibilidad natin. May mga benepisyo tayo tulad nito kaya sumali po tayo.”
