Surveys are a powerful tool to collect information and understand the needs of a large group of individuals. Annual member surveys help our cooperative gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and gauge member expectations, ensuring that our cooperative continues to deliver value to its members.

OMSMPC conducted its Annual Member Survey for the year 2022 from February 7 to 14, 2023. The survey form was sent to all 19,649 members, with 1,829 respondents. With a margin of error of 5% and a confidence level of 99.99%, this survey result offers an excellent representation of our members’ experience and perspectives.
