at the Lazada Awards 2022

Members of the Online Micro Sellers Multipurpose Cooperative were among the awardees during the Lazada Awards 2022 last November 24 at the Okada Manila in Parañaque City. The Lazada Awards is an annual celebration of the best-performing brands and sellers who have succeeded in business operations and led in their respective categories and segments.
This year, three Ka-Sellers made the cut, including Mr. Jeffrey Steven Tan, CEO of Grand Philippines, who won the Winning Circle 2022 award. Mr. Tan became a member of OMSMPC and started selling on the Lazada platform in 2020. Jeffrey and his team have grown their online business from a novice to one of the most promising brands on the platforms in just two years.

In a short interview, Mr. Jeffrey Tan emphasized the value of collaboration and open communication among team members. He also shared that a harmonious relationship among his team is the key to achieving this recognition.
