Yes, you read it correctly; we celebrate ethics this month. Ethics is described as the moral standards that guide a person's behavior or the performance of an activity. In OMSMPC, ethics is the foundation of our values and principles—and that’s worth celebrating.

And while we celebrate in October, ethics is truly important year-round. OMPMPC’s purpose for this year’s celebration is simple: to empower all members to live ethically, be aware, and grow to the highest ethical standards.

To achieve these, OMSMPC, through the Ethics Committee and Training team, arranged webinars that will uphold ethical awareness and standards for its members. All Mondays of October have been dedicated to Ethics-related Coop Web Sessions

A lot of information and resources are available about ethics. Raising awareness and learning about ethics is an excellent way to broaden our knowledge and discover something that truly speaks to one’s self.
