During the Anti Red Tape Authority Report Card Survey (ARTA RCS) Awards Ceremony last December 19, the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) received a Certificate of Recognition from the Anti Red Tape Authority (ARTA) for achieving a satisfactory rating in the recently concluded Report Card Survey 2.0 pilot implementation.
The Report Card Survey, or RCS, is a comprehensive tool for assessing the success of the Citizen's Charter in lowering compliance costs, as well as the impact of the CDA’s programs in providing efficient services. The RCS is also a part of ARTA's Monitoring and Evaluation Plan, which applies to all government institutions covered by the Act. The RCS findings provide the basis for ARTA prizes.
